Great Success!

So, as many gamers know, game series, with the exception of most RPG and sports games, come in either single games or trilogies (ex: Halo). Now, personal favorite is said trilogy fashion. Why you ask? Well, because that way one can grow and develop along with the storyline along with the main characters (very nice!). So, I wanted to get other people's opinions on trilogy games!

Talk about your favorites. Mine, for example, is the Sly Cooper games for the PS2. There are 3 of them... (yes, redundant since the topic is Trilogies). Each one gets progressively better and the gameplay and abilities improve each time. Game 1 : 1 character you control, fairly good graphics. Game 2 : 3 characters you control, better graphics. Game 3 : close to 10 characters you play with at various times during the game, really good graphics. My favorite part: the plot is great in ALL 3 and is a continuous storyline with no weird plot jumps and a GREAT end to the series that leaves it open to adapt more games, but not with the same set of characters. The characters grow and develop and they use the same voices for each game (with the exception of Carmelita Fox changing in the final game). Not only that, the gameplay is fun and intuitive.

So, open discussion! I want to here YOUR opinion (yes you, reading this, goin "no... he can't be talking to me"). Enjoy
